Who We Are

We are twin brothers, Michael and Joseph Ring. We and our families live near Oregon, Illinois, where we raise cattle, crops, and kids.

Our Process

We grow our Gelbvieh and Angus calves on grass pasture until weaning and finish them on grain to deliver a superior eating experience.

Our Product

We strive to provide the best beef possible by hand selecting our cattle when they are at their peak of market readiness and only offering a limited number of our calves through the RBB program. Our beef has been nationally recognized for quality on many occasions.
